At mynewcv.ie we take the privacy of our clients very seriously.
As such we are compliant with the Data Protection Acts 1988 and 2003 and we guarantee that:
- mynewcv.ie will never divulge our clients' (or prospective clients') personal details, Curriculum Vitae, Resumes, contact details, information specific to their careers or any other information acquired through the normal course of our business to any third party for any reason.
- mynewcv.ie will retain information on our servers for as long as is required by the aforementioned Acts and on request will delete any and all references to clients who wish this to be done.
- mynewcv.ie will never forward our clients (or prospective clients) information supplied by third parties for marketing, recruiting or other purposes.
- From time to time, mynewcv.ie may become aware of opportunities of employment that may interest our clients. mynewcv.ie may forward specific information to our clients only in this regard but only with express permission.
- mynewcv.ie is not a Recruitment Agency and has no formal business links with same.
- mynewcv.ie at no time holds the proprietary or intellectual rights of documentation created by mynewcv.ie in the course of our work.
- As per our service offering, mynewcv.ie's charges are inclusive of VAT and are in Euro and are to be paid upon engagement, or part paid in certain pre defined circumstances with the balance due upon completion.
- mynewcv.ie will work on upgrading and improving the Cover Letter, Curriculum Vitae or Resume of each client until such time as both parties are happy with the finished draft.
- mynewcv.ie will not be held liable for the accuracy nor the timelines presented to us by our clients but will endeavour to ensure our clients operate within ethical guidelines.
- mynewcv.ie reserves the right to a three month period as a maximum between iterations of CVs/Cover Letters/Resumes and should the client exceed this timeline the transaction shall be deemed to be complete.
